Dr. Thomas E. Ahlering

Dr. Ahlering majored in chemistry at the University of California, Berkley. He received his medical degree at St. Louis University School of Medicine and subsequently completed residency in urology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Next, Dr. Ahlering completed a two-year fellowship in urologic oncology under Dr. Donald G. Skinner and completed laboratory training under Peter Jones, Ph.D. Dr. Ahlering was the Chief of the Division of Urology from 1992 to 2002, when he became the Chief of the Division of Urologic Oncology after establishment of the new department.
